Preparation for Your Massage

How should I prepare for my massage?

Ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space for the massage. Avoid heavy meals at least an hour before the session, and stay hydrated. It's also a good idea to shower and finish any tasks before I arrive.

Do I need to provide anything?

I provide everything you need for the session, including the massage table, sheets, towels, oil, and all necessary equipment. If you'd prefer to play your own music or use specific oils, feel free to let me know!

How should I prepare my space?

To make sure everything fits, you’ll need about 2x2 meters of space. Lay down a yoga mat and check if you can move around it comfortably, if you can, you’re good to go! A living room, kitchen, or larger bedroom works best. If it’s chilly, pre-heat the room for extra comfort.

What to Expect During a Mobile Massage

How does a mobile massage work?

I bring the full spa experience to you! I’ll arrive with my massage table and all the necessary equipment, set up in a quiet space, and tailor the session to your needs. Please allow an extra 15 minutes before and after your appointment for setup, consultation, and pack-down.

Do I need to undress completely?

You can undress to your comfort level. For safety and hygiene purposes, you will need to keep your underwear on during the massage, though bras should be removed for the treatment. You'll always be covered with towels, with only the area being worked on exposed.

Aftercare Advice

What should I do after my massage?

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water for 24 - 48 hours to flush toxins and support circulation.

Rest: Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day. Allow your body time to recover.

Warm Bath/Shower: Helps relax muscles and reduce soreness. Epsom salts are great after deep tissue.

Eat Clean: Choose light, healthy meals. Avoid alcohol, heavy, or processed foods.

Normal Reactions: Mild soreness, fatigue, or increased relaxation may occur.

For Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Therapy Clients Only:

Increased urination is normal - your body is detoxing.

General Wellness & Stress Relief
Monthly sessions to maintain balance, reduce stress, and prevent tension build-up.

Chronic Pain or Persistent Muscle Tension
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions until symptoms improve, then transition to monthly maintenance.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Monthly sessions to support detoxification and healthy lymph flow.

Brazilian Sculpting Massage + Wood Therapy
Weekly or bi-weekly for 5 sessions, followed by monthly maintenance.

Natural Lift Facial Massage
Weekly or bi-weekly for 5 sessions, then continue with monthly maintenance.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee, charged to the card provided at booking, or if you have purchased a package, half a session will be used.

No-shows, situations where I arrive at the property and the treatment cannot go ahead, or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will incur the full treatment fee (100%), charged to the card provided at booking, or if you have purchased a package, a full session will be used.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are the perfect way to give a thoughtful and personalised gift, making the process quick and stress-free. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply showing someone you care, a gift voucher offers a unique experience they’ll truly appreciate.

Vouchers are valid for up to 6 months from the purchase date, giving your recipient plenty of time to book their ideal session. Once purchased, the voucher will be sent directly to the email provided at checkout, so you can either send it straight to the recipient or keep it to present in person.
