My wellness journey began in 2007 when I qualified as a Beauty Therapist. Over time, I discovered my true calling, Massage Therapy. I fell in love with the power of touch and how it helps people deeply relax, reset, and feel like themselves again.

Having spent time in the corporate world, I completely understand how stress, tension, and everyday demands can take a toll on both body and mind. That inspired me to specialise in therapeutic massage, focusing on both physical and mental well-being.

I now offer a range of treatments designed to ease pain, boost energy, enhance natural detox, and help you look and feel your best, including, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Sculpting Wood Therapy & Lymphatic Drainage.
